Heating Oil Assistance Program
Heating OIL Assistance Program Information and Application
Program Information: Our Fuel Oil Assistance program supports the greater Pottstown area. Please check the zip code list, below, to see if you live in a zip code that qualifies. In addition, household income must be at or below 50% AMI.
After you complete the online application, you will need to provide a current photo ID and proof of income, for the last 30 days, for all adults in the household. If your ID does not have your current address, please provide an additional document: utility bill; front page of your lease agreement; benefit statement; etc. to confirm your name and current address.
Because this program is a grant, your name and address, etc., are shared with the Grantor and the other participating agencies that provide this oil program. We ask for your permission to share that information. In order for your application to be complete, a Release of Information document will need to be signed. Kelli will follow up with you regarding this document in a separate email.
After you complete and submit your application, please email Kelli DeSieno at kdesieno@pottstowncluster.org and attach the required documents as soon as you apply for this program. If you do not have access to the internet, please contact Kelli at 610-970-5995 ext. 121 and arrange to drop off said documents to PCRC ASAP.
We will not be able to place an order for your oil delivery until your application, release of information, fuel gauge pic and all required documents are received.
Delivery of 150 gallons of oil will be on a first come first serve basis beginning after September 1, 2025. We will require you to provide a screen shot of your fuel oil gauge. The Oil Company needs to be sure they can deliver 150 gallons to you before they schedule a delivery.
Kelli will contact you to set up your oil delivery, so please be sure your contact information is accurate. On the delivery day, an adult (18 years or older) must be home, as a delivery signature is required
